What counts as a try-on?
Each successfully generated outfit preview counts as one try-on. Failed generations do not use your allowance or incur additional usage charges.
What happens when I use my allowance?
After your trial, successful try-ons beyond your included allowance are billed automatically through Shopify at the rate shown above. No top-ups or extra settings are needed. Check your usage and estimated additional charges in the Wearbly dashboard.
What would my bill look like?
On Basic, 250 successful try-ons in a paid billing cycle means 200 included and 50 extra. Your total is $29 + (50 × $0.14) = $36 USD, before any applicable taxes.
When does my allowance reset?
Your allowance follows your Shopify app subscription’s billing cycle, not the calendar month. See the next reset date in the Wearbly dashboard. Unused try-ons do not roll over.
Does this change my existing subscription?
Existing subscriptions without usage billing keep their current price and free extras for now. To move to a plan shown here, choose Switch to usage billing in the Wearbly dashboard and approve the new plan in Shopify. Previously free extras are never charged retroactively.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. Install Wearbly from the Shopify App Store and choose your plan in the app. The trial is limited to your plan’s included try-ons, with no paid extras. If you use the full allowance, try-ons resume when the trial ends and your paid billing cycle starts.
How do I add Wearbly to my store?
Install the app, then add the Wearbly block to a product template in your Shopify theme editor. Our setup guide walks through the steps.
What can I see in analytics?
Wearbly tracks storefront activity such as app views, successful try-ons and attributed cart events. Read the privacy policy for the data we collect and how analytics respects Shopify customer consent.
Can I turn off analytics?
You can disable the Web Pixel in Shopify Admin under Settings → Customer events, or turn analytics off in Wearbly’s app settings.
